Graduated from the Department of Cinema and Television at Anadolu University; completed his MA in Film Design at Dokuz Eylül University and his PhD in Radio, Television and Cinema at Ege University. He has worked as a director and producer of short films, documentaries, television programmes and commercials, and has served on national and international festival juries. He has taught at the Faculty of Communication of Uşak University since 2013 and has directed the festival since 2014.

Faculty member at the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema, Faculty of Communication, Uşak University. Her MA thesis focused on German Expressionist cinema, and her PhD on a comparative analysis of American and Soviet propaganda animations of the Second World War. She previously worked at İstanbul Bilgi University, Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University and Fırat University, and has been at Uşak University since 2013. Her main research areas are film aesthetics, film theory, animation cinema and visual culture; she has national and international publications on the aesthetic, narrative and cultural dimensions of animation.

Completed his PhD at the Department of Radio, TV and Cinema at Ege University and was a visiting researcher at Goldsmiths, University of London, with a TÜBİTAK fellowship. He worked for 17 years as a reporter, editor and columnist, and is a faculty member at the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema at Uşak University.

She received her BA from the Department of Communication Design and Management at Anadolu University (2014), and her MA (2017) and PhD (2021) in Radio, Television and Cinema from the Faculty of Communication at Ege University. She served on the organising committees of the International Eskişehir Film Festival and the Turkish-Greek "Dialog" Short Film Festival, and worked in radio-television production, presenting and corporate communication. She was a researcher at Ege University's Women's Studies Research and Application Centre, a writer and storyteller for UN Women's "Reimagine Fairy Tales to Promote Gender Equality" project, and İzmir deputy coordinator of the Global Media Monitoring Project (GMMP). After working as a lecturer at Atılım University and Ankara Social Sciences University, she has been an Assistant Professor at the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema at Uşak University since 2024. She is associate editor of the journal "Socioinformatics: The Intersection of the Social Sciences with Artificial Intelligence and Data Science". Her research covers socioinformatics with a focus on new media, cinema and photography, science communication, digital ontology, ageing, migration and the sociology of emotions.

Born in Kayseri in 1982. He graduated from the Department of Public Relations and Publicity at the Faculty of Communication, Selçuk University, in 2006 and completed his MA in the same field. He delivered training in personal development, protocol, public speaking and public relations for educational consultancy firms, and advised candidates and political parties in local and general elections. Appointed to Uşak University in 2011, he served as Coordinator of Protocol, Press and Public Relations from 2011 to 2016. He has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Communication of Uşak University since 2016, working on political communication, political reputation, candidate image and political marketing.

He completed his BA in Economics at Boğaziçi University (1999–2004) and his MA in Film and Television at Bahçeşehir University (2004–2007). He began his career in 1999 with the Cinema for Everyone movement and later took part in the Cinema for Peace and Third Filmmakers movements. Until 2019 he worked as an editor, camera operator and director on various projects that were screened and awarded at national and international festivals. In 2005 he was production coordinator at Boğaziçi University's Mithat Alam Film Centre. He taught in the radio, television and cinema departments of İstanbul Bilgi University (2005–2006), Bahçeşehir University (research assistant, 2007–2009), İstanbul Arel University (2009–2014) and Nişantaşı University (2014–2019). Since 2019 he has been a lecturer at the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema at Uşak University.

A graduate of Visual Communication Design at Yeditepe University, he worked as a motion graphics designer at advertising and branding agencies. He continues his work in visual communication, cinema and visual culture at the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema at Uşak University.

Born in Sivaslı, Uşak. He graduated from the Department of Construction at Afyon Kocatepe University Emirdağ Vocational School (2002) and from the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations at Anadolu University. He worked at Uşak Municipality (2002–2007) and Karbasan Municipality (2007–2008). At the Uşak Special Provincial Administration, which he joined in 2008, he served as Director of Road and Transport Services in 2016 and as Deputy Secretary General for four years from 2017, continuing as a specialist until 2025. In February 2025 he was assigned by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to the Uşak Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, where he continues to serve.

A graduate of Turkology at Hacettepe University, he serves as Branch Manager at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. He brings his work on Turkish literature and Anatolian history to a wide audience through professionally produced videos on his YouTube channel "Aşk ile Anadolu", and shares his own musical and literary works on digital platforms, Spotify in particular.

She graduated from the Department of Mathematics at Anadolu University (2011) and completed her MA in Curriculum and Instruction at the Graduate School of Education, İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University (2013). She is pursuing an MA in Archaeology at Uşak University's Graduate School. She has worked at the Uşak Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism since May 2017.

He graduated from the Department of Classical Archaeology at Trakya University (2005) and completed his MA in Archaeology at Uşak University (2019). He worked as a specialist and unit coordinator at the Diyarbakır Special Provincial Administration (2008–2009), and as a specialist and deputy director at the Uşak Museum Directorate (2009–2021). Since May 2021 he has held an administrative post at the Uşak Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism. He works on archaeology and museology and is a co-author of the book "Uşak in the Light of Surveys and Excavations" (2017).

Born in İstanbul in 1991, Emre Doğan is an academic, screenwriter and director. He completed his BA at the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema at Ege University and his MA in Film Design at Dokuz Eylül University, receiving his PhD in 2021. His short fiction and documentary films have been screened and awarded at national and international festivals. Since 2021 he has taught at the Faculty of Fine Arts of İstanbul Gelişim University, where he has chaired the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema since 2022. He became an Associate Professor in 2026. He chairs the organising committee of the International Short Film, Video and Photography Symposium and is developing his first feature film.

Born in İstanbul. The short film 'Tek Yön', which he co-directed, received support from the Directorate General of Cinema and the TRT 12 Punto Co-Production Award, and was a finalist at the 59th Antalya Golden Orange. He completed his MA in Radio, Television and Cinema at İstanbul Kültür University and is pursuing a PhD in Art and Design at Yıldız Technical University. He worked as a lecturer for seven years and runs projects on commercial directing and AI-assisted visual production. He serves on this year's Main Jury.

Born in 1998, Erdem Doğan graduated from the Department of International Relations at İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University. He has written children's books and worked as a translator for various publishers, and as a copywriter at several advertising agencies on communication work for national and international brands. Since 2021 he has served the International Uşak Short Film Festival as a board member, jury coordinator and pre-selection committee member. He is a founding member of the Apart Art Association and has worked as a copywriter at the Jester İstanbul advertising agency since summer 2025.
