KOROSİ

Katsi is an old man living among the green mountains of Valley of Coruh. On a gloomy day, he wakes up and decides to brew herbal tea on his stove. He realises that there is no wood left to burn so he goes to the woodshed to fill his basket. He sees an old chest amongst the firewood. He opens the chest and finds an old family portrait. At that exact moment, he hears the cawing of a messenger crow. Katsi follows the noise and sees a messenger crow disappearing into an emerging mist. Now saddened by the old family portrait, Katsi goes back home. He decides to build a frame for the portrait in his workshop. He hears another messenger crow and rushes to the window quickly. He watches the crow disappearing into the mist. Katsi finishes building the frame. On his way back home, this time he hears a murder of crows. He understands that it is his time. He sits on a chair against the most beautiful view of his village. Katsi closes his eyes as the mist starts emerging once more. For the first time, he a smile appears on his face. Katsi dies but death is not the end for him but a reunion. Katsi flies with the murder of crows, he is now a happy man.
